How to cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled before you receive the size confirmation call from our end or within 24 hours after order has been placed(whichever is earlier). Once you have confirmed the order on call with us, it cannot be cancel


Who bears the return and refund cost?

Return shipping charges need to be borne by the customer & is not refundable by us. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during trnsit.


Can I GET A REFUND FOR MY PRODUCT?

Unfortunately we don’t refund for the product since the product is made personalized for you.

Can i return the shoe if i do not like?

No. However, If your ordered pair of shoes do not fit you, you can return them in an unwoven condition within 7 days of receipt for a remake. Shoes must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, accessories and documents provided by us.

Note: THE SHOEHOLIC INDA reserves the right to refuse the return at its sole discretion.

When can i expect my replacement delivery?

The manufacturing of your replacement pair will start upon such confirmation of replacement. However, the product can only be shipped to you after receiving the return of your original product and if such return is not deemed as a faulty return.


How do i track my order

Please go to the order page and put your Order ID to track your status.


How can I track my order?

We will keep you updated on the status of your order from the date of order till dispatch through our Order Tracking Id. On dispatch of your order, you will receive your shipment details & tracking number by e-mail. You may simply check the status by visiting the courier partner's website. the link you can get from our site in shipping column

If you do not receive our delivery confirmation e-mail or face any issue in tracking your order, please contact us via email or through SMS and Whatsapp


What happens if I am not Available at the time of Delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.


I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?

The current logistics infrastructure in India doesn't allow us to expedite further at this time.

Please note that the material are tanned in small batches under high care and is subject to availability and timely delivery from global tanner

What all products are APT for soft leather,suede etc.

Our soft leather is great for long wearing (office hours) and is the durable option for your design. It is also easy to be taken care of!

Your creation was individually made by our highly skilled craftsmen, using only the finest carefully selected materials. Premium hides reflect the natural state of leather because they are made according to traditional principles. As a result, characteristics such as creases, imperfections, variations or irregularities in colour are not flaws; they are fundamental aspects of the natural state of leather.


Can i place a order for sold out style

For Sold-Out styles, if you're registered with us, add them to your Wishlist. Do submit your email address, so we can notify you once these styles are back in stock. If not, contact our Customer Support Team with the product code via Email, Phone Call, Chat or Whatsapp. We will check and let you know, if and when we should receive these styles again. Or, if these can be made for you.


I want to reschedule my Delivery/Pick-up

Delayed in traffic? Held up in a meeting - We know these things happen. If you want to reschedule pick up, please drop a mail to theshoeholicindia@gmail.com with the following details and we will make it happen:

  2. The time of pick up
  3. Email address and phone number

 

Or you can call our courier partner Customer Service Number Toll Free Number  with the tracking details recieved in your Order Email id.


Does THE SHORHOLIC INDIA Ship to Multiple Addresses?

We do not deliver to Multiple Addresses for a single order. If you'd like us to ship to multiple addresses, we request you place separate orders for separate destinations.


CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes you can exchange for a different size, colour or an item of equal value. Please fill in the exchange section on the returns form and enclose it with the return.
