The Craft Leather only provides an exchange since each piece is made to order.
Exchange can be initiated within 7 days of delivery of the product. Craft Leather offers an exchange policy on all unworn shoes or if the size is incorrect or there is a manufacturing defect, or if the product is damaged at the time of delivery. We offer a collection service through DHL. Products must be returned in the same condition as when they were received. There will be a fee charged if the goods show any signs of wear, such as abraded soles or creasing in the uppers.
Exchange can be initiated by providing the following information
A photo of the bill receipt. Images of shoes showing the front, back, side, and sole. The reason for the exchange. Please forward this information to vkartsncrafts@thecraftleather.com. You will receive a response from us within 48 working hours after which you will be asked to return the shoes with the tracking number. The cost of returning the shoes will be borne by you . We will inspect the shoes after we receive them. You will receive an email from us requesting you to initiate an exchange. An e-mail with the tracking details of the exchanged shoes will be sent to you.
