Outside of India: free shipping on orders above $200
DELIVERY:
It will take 12 to 15 working days to complete the dispatch. There may be a slight delay in the processing of orders due to factors outside of our own control. We will send you a shipment confirmation email that will provide you with tracking information for your order.
TAXES:
GST is not applicable (for India).Outside India you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, and import charges once the parcel has reached your country.

DHL for international shipments
You will receive the parcel at your nearest DHL service point if you are not at home at the time of delivery. You will need to collect the package. It will be kept for seven days after which it will be returned to craft leather. There will be a charge of Rs 500/- deducted from the refund.
It is important to note that after an order has been dispatched, no changes can be made to the delivery details.
